Orders arrive within 1-2 weeks of placing order. If order takes longer than 2 weeks to arrive email jam@jamoriginals.com for refund/ tracking info.

Some products are made on demand for you! Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you than products premade. So if you order a product made on demand, thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions and your orders will arrive within 1-3 weeks, if any longer contact us at jam@jamoriginals.com for support.

Tracking information is sent directly to your provided email upon purchase, and updates are sent regularly.
